About the Role

We're seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team, inspired by the Silicon Valley mindset. We're a fun-loving group who enjoy casual chats and laughter alongside focused work. As we expand, we're looking for a team player with specialized skills to complement our existing team of tech gurus, network designers, cybersecurity experts, software developers, and IT managers. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated IT (Security) professionals, develop new capabilities, and have a great time doing it. We're a young and energetic team that embraces challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Network Management: Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment;
• Server Management: Manage both physical and virtual servers;
• Daily Tasks: Monitor performance, create reports, and collaborate with team;
• ISP Coordination: Liaise with internet providers for issue resolution;
• Customer Support: Assist customers as needed;
• Network Documentation: Keep Network documentation up to date;
• Monitoring tools: Update monitoring tools according to customer environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or related field.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in network operations;
• Knowledge of network tools, protocols, and security;
• Experience with network monitoring tools: Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG or others;
• Skills in troubleshooting, Cisco equipment configuration, and Microsoft tools;
• Fluency in English and Romanian;
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills;
• CCNA certification preferred;
• Availability for On Call schedule.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 10:00 – 19:00/12:00 – 21:00(1 hour lunch break)
