We are looking for a hands-on Digital Designer to join our design team! Whether you are at an early stage in your career with the right grit and ambition, or you bring years of experience and want to lead by example while working hands-on and continuing to learn from our team, this is your chance to shape the future of digital commerce experiences.

About The Role

As a hands-on Digital Designer at Grebban, you will create digital commerce experiences that are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and optimised for conversion. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, designers, developers, and project managers, taking on projects end-to-end while refining your craft. You’re curious about AI, new tools, and emerging technologies, but your work always centers on brand, UX/UI, and design excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and producing digital commerce experiences that combine brand, UX/UI, and conversion optimisation
• Acting as an e-commerce consultant for clients, providing guidance and expertise on best practices, strategy, and innovation to create customer value and business impact
• Applying UX/UI and design principles to real projects, from concept to delivery
• Collaborating with clients and teammates in workshops, presentations, design reviews, and day-to-day production
• Always exploring AI, new design tools, and digital technologies to enhance your work
• Staying ahead on the latest news and trends in e-commerce, digital design, and brand storytelling
  
  

What You Bring

• Professional experience in digital or e-commerce design from internships, freelance, or employment at a studio/agency, our inhouse
• A strong sense of brand and visual storytelling in digital contexts
• Excellent design craft: typography, layout, color, and interaction design
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology, AI, and continuous learning
• A collaborative and humble mindset, hands-on approach, and eagerness to produce and take on new challenges
• Proficiency in Figma
• Great communication skills in both Swedish and English
