Role Title: Penetration Tester

Join a well-established internal offensive security team. This role involves hands-on penetration testing of business-critical platforms — from cloud-based infrastructure and core authentication systems to proprietary web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration tests across a wide array of internal systems, including web applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure components
• Identify, demonstrate, and communicate the impact of security vulnerabilities through exploit chains
• Analyze systems at the code, configuration, and protocol level using static and dynamic methods
• Propose actionable remediation strategies and collaborate with engineering teams on secure implementation

Required Experience & Skills

• Solid experience in penetration testing for applications, infrastructure, and/or cloud systems
• Strong grasp of web application security principles, vulnerability chaining, and exploitation techniques
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as Burp Suite, Wireshark, Ghidra, and netcat
• Practical knowledge in reading and interpreting source code in languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, or C#
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP and common network protocols
• Foundational knowledge of modern cryptographic principles and their weaknesses

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in crafting or customizing proof-of-concept exploits
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms and typical misconfigurations or risks
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Security (or equivalent experience)
• Practical experience in related areas such as infrastructure security, system administration, or cloud architecture
• Recognized certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, or OSWP
