We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent, agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and scaling AI-powered microservices, integrating advanced ML models, and applying best practices for large-scale distributed systems.

Job Roles And Responsibility

  • Design and deploy AI solutions that leverage reasoning, planning, and interaction capabilities.
  • Build and scale AI microservices with clean, scalable code architecture (FastAPI, Flask, asyncio).
  • Integrate APIs and inter-service communication (REST, Kafka).
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, Azure AD).
  • Deliver ML/AI solutions to production, ideally in document understanding, NLP, or search/retrieval systems.
  • Apply practical knowledge of RAG architectures, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases (FAISS, Azure AI Search), and embeddings.
  • Use advanced NLP techniques such as NER, document classification, summarization, and question answering.
  • Evaluate trade-offs to select the best ML/AI techniques for specific problems.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate PoCs for AI applications.
  • Work with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Debug, profile, and optimize AI applications for performance and scalability.

Job Requirements

  • Strong Python expertise with focus on microservices and scalable architecture.
  • Proven track record of deploying at least two ML/AI solutions to production.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Solid understanding of NLP techniques and their application in real-world systems.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and communication patterns.
  • Strong debugging and optimization skills.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with OCR technologies such as Tesseract or Azure Form Recognizer.
