Founded in 2021, this early-stage Computer Vision AI company is building a next-generation business video intelligence platform. Their system delivers real-time insights and a dramatically better user experience compared to legacy solutions in the large but stagnant video security industry.

Their customers span warehouses, schools, hospitals, hotels, and more—and with rapid growth underway, they are looking for an engineer to help scale their systems and deliver new features.

The engineering team includes veterans from top technology companies and research institutions, with decades of combined experience in AI, robotics, and large-scale systems. The Role

This role will focus on building and scaling both front-end and backend systems. The position requires working across the stack—designing APIs, developing user interfaces, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and observability across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new backend APIs, collaborating with the edge-computing team
• Develop user-facing front-end features in partnership with the product team
• Ensure systems are highly scalable and observable
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested features and debug issues as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience building systems at scale
• Strong backend experience with Python or Go
• Database experience with Postgres and Redis
• Front-end development experience with Typescript, React, react-query, build tools, and component libraries\

Bonus experience in one or more of the following:

• Infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi/AWS)
• Mobile development (React Native)
• Platform engineering (C++)
• Video streaming technologies
• Strong motivation, drive, and work ethic
