Job Summary

Join our team as a Senior UI/UX Designer and play a pivotal role in enhancing the seller experience for millions of users worldwide. You'll leverage your expertise in user-centered design to create intuitive and beautiful user interfaces, directly contributing to the economic success of sellers on our platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll be instrumental in pioneering innovative solutions that address complex interaction challenges within the social, mobile, and live commerce landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable systems for managing and shipping orders efficiently.
• Develop and iterate on design concepts that balance business objectives with user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams from ideation through to production-ready deliverables.
• Produce user scenarios, storyboards, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Identify unmet user needs and advocate for solutions that address them.
  
  

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  
  

Industry Experience

• 8-10+ years in designing software or consumer products, preferably within complex organizational ecosystems.
• Background in Design or Human-Computer Interaction.
