We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and support reporting governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, BI teams, and Data Governance to ensure reporting requirements align with compliance and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business unit leaders to identify Tableau reporting SMEs and maintain report inventory.
• Elicit and document reporting requirements related to regulatory and operational data.
• Map business needs to Tableau governance standards.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, Enterprise BI, and Data Governance teams.
• Support the validation and remediation process for critical reports.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience in BI reporting projects, preferably with Tableau.
• Knowledge of financial services regulatory reporting requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
