IT Program Manager

Requirements

Program Manager to lead the design, execution, and governance of enterprise-level programs.
This role is pivotal in bridging business and IT perspectives, driving alignment across sectors, and delivering high-impact outcomes.
Develop and drive program plans and roadmaps that align with organizational strategy and governance models
Lead the governance and delivery of large-scale programs using fit-for-purpose methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Establish, apply, and monitor program management standards across diverse business domains
Define and negotiate program scope and deliverables, ensuring effective integration across strategic initiatives
Translate complex business needs into innovative, technology-driven solutions
Oversee resource planning and budget forecasting to ensure optimal utilization
Define project roles, responsibilities, and ensure compliance with governance structures
Build and execute effective stakeholder engagement strategies, securing alignment and executive sponsorship
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, with appropriate mitigation and recovery plans
Lead program reviews, reporting, and ensure informed decision-making at key milestones
Drive benefit realization, ensuring tangible business value and measurable impact
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience leading cross-functional and cross-sector programs, ideally in technical, industrial, and multicultural environments
In-depth knowledge of corporate functions (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) and related business processes
Demonstrated success in managing complex stakeholder ecosystems and enterprise-level change initiatives
Strategic thinker with the ability to connect the dots between technology and business strategy
Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels
Ability to navigate ambiguity and change, providing clarity and direction in uncertain environments
Curious, innovative, and passionate about emerging technologies and transformation
Proven ability to challenge conventional thinking, propose new ideas, and drive alignment across diverse teams
Business-savvy and technically fluent—able to translate complex technical concepts into business value
