Job purpose:

Develop and improve CCEP’s Capital Projects Cross Iberia, Sites including warehouses time to time.

  • Development of specific technical and economic solutions: Upstream & Process Heating / Cooling / Air Compressed / Gases executing and delivery of specific & multiple Process & Utilities projects individually up to €30m. Process & Upstream Technologies (Treated Water / Wastewater / Syrup Process / Heating / Cooling / Air Compressed / Gases
  • Deliver engineering projects (Upstream & Process) but also filling & packaging related from concept to handover.
  • Expertise in specification and technical strategy of the equipment’s related such areas for this role will be water treatment, beverage/syrup preparation, product blending, sanitisation systems and wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical and economic Engineering solution development of Upstream & Process . : Blenders and continuous blenders, Sirup room, storage tanks, water treatment, reverse osmosis equipment,etc..
  • Develop and align with all relevant stakeholder the business case for Upstream and Process capacity & optimization and time to time filling & packaging and process projects.
  • Lead the Development of specific technical solutions and project plants and identify suitable suppliers.
  • Collaboration with Central Expert Matter for pilots’ projects and new technology allocation.
  • As project Manager ought delivery, the projects from concept to handover using PMS tools:
  • Define scope, estimate costing, and support business case development.: Activities include designing, constructing, testing and operating equipment; ensuring that standards of quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness and performance are met in production processes; and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications.
  • Initiate capital requests and co-ordinate equipment procurement and supplier selection
  • Manage project program and costs to budgets and business needs.
  • Support project design and contractor technical management
  • Manage internal stakeholders and customers to ensure project scope, timing and handover process is clear and to program.
  • Manage project safety and safe design processes.
  • Manage, together with site operations resources, the installation and commissioning leveraging supplier relationships and technical expertise. From time to time anticipate being allocated to projects in other disciplines (Filling and Packaging ) according to CCEP needs
  • Expect to be allocated to projects 100% in CCEP Iberia BU and travel time to time to other BU or Suppliers to study potential technology introduction.
  • Expertise in specification and technical strategy
  • Be allocated as Equipment specification and technology lead on at least one nominated Upstream & Process infrastructure equipment type
  • Support with Expert Central team to develop clear specifications and standards for nominated equipment type
  • Define appropriate technologies for safe, hygienic, economic, simple and efficient operation.
  • Technical requirements for the application of hygienic design concepts in syrup manufacturing facilities and processes.
  • Technical requirements for the application of design concepts in process and wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Supplier management :
  • Develop CCEP’s supplier base to make sure we maintain cost effective solutions each discipline.
  • Feedback for SRM to improve the relation and also the quality for the future projects.

Location:

In Spain, at any site where CCEP has a commercial delegation, but consider the role is field based on the basis of travelling to and working from the location of active projects.

Travel required.

60 %-time travel required in country / outside together

What to expect from you?

Academic Education:

  • Degree level Engineering, Industrial process and chemical technology in engineering, together with Upstream & Process projects experience demonstrate.
  • Expertise in managing AutoCAD & MS project. Knowledge of MS Excel / SAP Planning / BI is desirable.
  • Knowledge of hygienic EHEDG / 3A designs on installation and process rooms to ensure good micro performance and individual Equipment and components such as pumps, valves, drivers, automatization as HMI, PLC
  • Fluent English and Spanish languages are required, and Portuguese is a plus.

Experience:

  • Experience as Site engineering management and/or engineering project management (projects > 10M€)
  • At least 5 years of proven working experience as a project manager within a multinational company. Ideally in consumer-packaged goods industry
  • Project Management experience demonstrated in Upstream & Process Mixer, CIP, Blenders, Sirup room, sugar dissolving , chillers,water treatments, etc. is required.
  • Leading a Project group within a BU or Function, building plans, projects, business cases and supporting delivery through others & suppliers
