Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) and client onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving intelligent document processing solutions, and defining structural concepts to streamline how client data is captured, structured, and utilized across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Client Lifecycle Management and onboarding solutions, from strategy and roadmap development to execution and delivery.
• Define and implement intelligent document processing workflows to optimize client onboarding efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop structural concepts for data organization, structuring, and accessibility, ensuring compliance with regulatory and business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, operations, and business stakeholders) to gather requirements and translate them into product features.
• Ensure seamless integration of CLM solutions with existing enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in financial services, fintech, or technology domains.
• Strong background in Client Lifecycle Management and client onboarding.
• Hands-on expertise in intelligent document processing solutions.
• Deep understanding of data structuring, workflow automation, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in product development within banking, KYC, AML, or financial compliance domains.
• Familiarity with AI-driven onboarding tools and data management platforms.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
