Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with proven expertise in project management to join our team as a trainer. The selected candidate will deliver online, English-language training sessions to international interns participating in our program.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging online training sessions on project management fundamentals, methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.), and practical applications.
• Provide guidance to interns on project planning, time management, risk analysis, and teamwork.
• Develop digital training materials, case studies, and project examples tailored to different skill levels.
• Create an interactive and supportive virtual learning environment for international participants.
• Mentor interns in applying theoretical project management concepts to real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience in project management.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master (preferred).
• Previous experience in online teaching, training, or mentorship (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse international groups and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
