Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Back‑End Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving abilities and robust knowledge of back-end and server-side technologies. As a Java Back‑End Developer, you will be responsible for server-side web application logic and integration of the work front-end developers do. You will develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications, troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance, and ensure high responsiveness and performance of applications. Your contribution will be pivotal to the overall performance and reliability of the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable and high-performance back-end applications using Java technologies.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on coding, testing, and debugging.
• Implement security and data protection solutions to safeguard sensitive information.
• Optimize applications to maximize speed and scalability for enhanced performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in compliance with best practices and standards.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to understand and address user requirements.
• Create detailed documentation for applications for future reference and maintenance.
• Utilize cloud platforms and services to improve application capabilities and deployment.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team skills and output.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve functionality and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in server-side and back-end development.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Proven experience as a Back‑End Developer, particularly using Java programming language.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with web servers and cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for the role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
