We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Kepware Software to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects that leverage Kepware's industry-leading connectivity solutions to ensure seamless integration with industrial automation systems. Your role will involve planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget, all while delivering high-quality service. You will collaborate with various stakeholders including engineers, clients, and vendors, providing leadership and direction to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all phases of projects utilizing Kepware Software for industrial automation.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to the agreed schedule.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Ensure technical feasibility and resource availability before committing to project schedules.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective integration of Kepware solutions.
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders using standardized reporting tools.
• Manage project changes and communicate impacts on project timelines and costs effectively.
• Facilitate development of user training programs and workshops for project initiatives.
• Coordinate with/vendors technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
• Lead project meetings and ensure that the project team's actions align with objectives.
• Provide ongoing leadership and support to the project team, fostering a collaborative environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Proven project management experience with a focus on Kepware Software projects.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and connectivity solutions.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Certified in project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred.
