Program Manager

Intellias is looking for a skilled Program Manager with excellent communication skills and experience in the Telecom domain.

What will your job look like?

• You will have overall accountability and responsibility for all Program Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Integration.
• Manage the program scope and maintain its continuous alignment with business objectives. Sets the program plan and make recommendations to modify the plan when vital. Sets priorities, ensures optimization, and resolves issues to enhance effectiveness toward the business result of strategic intent.
• Define projects. Assign project managers to initiate and manage the performance of component projects. Integrates and supervises multiple related projects.
• Ensure alignment of all projects under his/her supervision with standards and program management methodology, including compliance with regulations.
• Ensure an effective and engaged program team, usually without direct authority, by providing guidance and mentorship.
• Builds credibility relationships and maintains communication with stakeholders at various levels, at Regional level.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management of Information Systems
• 10+ years of full-time practice as a Project Manager/ Delivery Manager and 5+ years in program management of BSS transformation projects
• Experience and knowledge in several key domains relevant to the program
• PGMP certification would be a plus
• Track record of accounts led in Telecom domains
• Pre-sales and client engagement experience is a must
• Experience in direct communication with multiple stakeholders on the client side
• Experience in managing teams of 50+ people and/or engagements with 3+ vendors is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership by example, cultural awareness
• Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, requirement analysis, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and quality assurance
• Readiness for business trips, familiarity with the CIS region
• Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

• Managing several teams for one enterprise engagement in the Telecom domain
• Business development and account management in the required areas
• Working closely with the stakeholders on both sides to manage the day-to-day work of the development team
• Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Coaching customers, explaining best practices in management and engineering processes
• Tailoring and facilitating the right software engineering processes and defining the roles and responsibilities of all of the project team members
• Project reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators reaching success level values
