Product Manager – International Branch Support

📍 Location: Mumbai | Business Unit: International Banking Group

Job Description

• Lead closure of regulatory & internal audits, compliance testing, and corrective actions.
• Support overseas branches on regulatory audits, licensing, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage branch licensing, approvals, and regulatory interactions.
• Develop policies, strengthen compliance frameworks & monitor regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and cross-functional teams; role may involve international travel.

Work Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years in compliance, audit management, risk, or branch operations in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Indian banking regulations & branch licensing processes.
• CA / CS / LLB / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Proven skills in policy drafting, multi-project management & stakeholder engagement.
