Retail Project Manager

European Retail Display Project Manager - 12 Month Contract - Hybrid in London (3 days onsite) - £61,000 per annum pro rata

My client is looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, design, production, and implementation of retail display programmes across the UK and Europe. This role will act as a central link between internal cross-functional teams, external agencies, and leading retailers, ensuring world-class technology comes to life in-store.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver design, campaign, physical, and technical elements of retail experiences and fixture programmes
• Support pop-up and campaign-driven retail display projects that will scale across Europe
• Maintain project trackers and documentation to ensure strong project discipline and on-time delivery
• Act as a liaison between fixture vendors, agencies, creative teams, and retail partners on asset-related issues
• Manage budgets, purchase orders, and spend tracking documents
• Drive efficiencies and process improvements across programme activities
• Host weekly vendor calls, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
• Support the wider team with ad-hoc project needs

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in retail physical project management within large organisations
• Proven background working with major European retailers (e.g. Currys, MediaWorld, Elkjøp, department stores) with hands-on experience with retail fixture production, installation, and maintenance
• Strong skills in managing trackers and documentation across multiple programmes and stakeholders
• Budget management and vendor coordination experience
• Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) are an advantage
