IT Project Manager | Up to £50,000 | 6-Month FTC - Central London (Hybrid)

Here at Burns Sheehan, we’re supporting a highly rated and fast-growing flexible workspace operator with the hire of an IT Project Coordinator to support their European expansion.

With new locations opening across the region and several internal IT initiatives underway, this role plays a vital part in making sure technology projects are delivered smoothly and to a high standard. You’ll be coordinating everything from infrastructure rollouts and AV installations through to internal system upgrades, software deployments and process improvements.

It’s a hands-on, delivery-focused role suited to someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple moving parts across countries, teams and vendors.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the IT setup for new coworking locations, including networking, AV, access control, printing and security systems
• Managing timelines, milestones and deliverables across multiple projects
• Acting as the bridge between TechOps, IT vendors, Real Estate, Operations, Design & Construction and Finance teams
• Attending site visits (UK and Europe) to validate IT readiness, supervise installations and ensure standards are met
• Running regular project check-ins, escalating risks early and driving accountability
• Supporting procurement, vendor management and budgeting for IT rollouts
• Producing documentation including project plans, risk registers, status reports and lessons learned
• Coordinating handovers post-launch to ensure IT Support has full visibility and documentation

What they’re looking for:

• Experience delivering or coordinating IT or workplace technology projects across multiple sites
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to prioritise under tight timelines
• Someone confident working with internal teams and third-party vendors across different countries
• Familiarity with AV, networking, access control and workplace technology
• Background in hospitality, real estate or fast-growth multi-site businesses (advantageous)
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Airtable or similar PM software

This is an initial 6-month FTC, but with continued growth and investment across the region, there’s strong potential for extension or a move to permanent.
