ICT Project Manager

Job Description:

• End-to-End Release Coordination.
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of software releases across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Project Management Excellence
• Apply your project management expertise to manage timelines, resources, and risks, delivering high-quality releases on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, operations, and business units to ensure smooth communication and release readiness.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight
• Ensure all releases meet ANZ’s rigorous risk management and compliance frameworks, including operational, reputational, and regulatory standards 1.
• Continuous Improvement Champion
• Drive process improvements in release management practices, leveraging feedback and metrics to enhance efficiency and reduce deployment risks.
• Environment & Configuration Management.
• Oversee release environments and configuration integrity, ensuring consistency across development, testing, and production stages 2.
• Governance & Reporting
• Maintain detailed release documentation, dashboards, and post-release reviews to support audit requirements and performance tracking.

Job Requirement:

• 10+ Years of experience.
• Bachelor or master or engineering graduate
• Previous exerience in managing high paced migration releases
• Should be comfortable in coordinating with international teams working in different time zones.
• Project Management experience is required
• Project Management certification like Prince2 , PMP are desirable
