Your New Role

As the Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of one-off housing projects, from pre-construction planning through to handover. You'll be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, budgets, timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage procurement, subcontractor selection, and site logistics.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, ideally with one-off housing.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across South Dublin and Wicklow.
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
