Project Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst with strong expertise in process analysis, process mining, and robotic process automation (RPA) to support our digital transformation initiatives. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing intelligent automation solutions using IBM and other leading technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with process optimization knowledge to deliver impactful solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map business processes using IBM’s RPA and Business Process Mining tools and related methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and cost reduction through data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and process owners to design and implement process optimization solutions.
• Apply data analytics and AI techniques to uncover process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization areas.
• Provide recommendations on intelligent process automation (IPA) and RPA adoption, helping clients understand business value and ROI.
• Support deployment and configuration of IBM RPA & Business Process Mining software, including setup, integration, and user training.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and business impact.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in process mining, RPA, IPA, and digital transformation technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with RPA tools, process mining solutions (IBM or others), process modeling, or business process analysis.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with IBM Automation platforms (Automation Process Mining, IBM RPA, IBM Cloud Pak for Automation) is a plus.
• Proficiency with data analysis & visualization tools (Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional client-facing teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI in process optimization.
• Experience in workflow automation, BPM, or digital transformation projects.
• Certification in BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, or process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications and digital platforms.
