HR Senior Coordinator

Responsible for executing a wide range of advanced administrative and HR operation tasks to support the smooth functioning of department. Working closely with the HR Operations Senior Manager, this role ensures the integrity and accuracy of employee records, manages benefits administration, and assists with payroll and compensation processes in alignment with company policies and local labour laws.
In addition to core HR operations, the Senior HR Coordinator acts as a central support resource for employees across the organization, providing timely assistance on HR-related queries and processes. The role must ensure maintain seamless HR service delivery, close attention to detail, confidentiality and provide support to drive operational efficiency and a positive employee experience across VF Qatar.
