We are seeking a motivated Network Engineer (L1) to join our team. As an entry-level position within the Networking Engineers job family, you will be guided by senior professionals to help ensure IT infrastructure stability for our clients. You will proactively address technical incidents and problems, aiming to restore services and prevent disruptions. If you're passionate about IT and ready to grow, this role provides a solid foundation for your future career.

🤖 Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Maintain networking equipment and resolve low-complexity incidents to minimize service disruptions and meet service level agreements.
• Analyze network data (usage, disk space, server access) to optimize performance and identify issues.
• Set up WAN/LAN routers, switches, and other devices, including wireless networks, to enhance connectivity.
• Install access permissions and security configurations for secure employee access.
• Use diagnostic tools like PuTTY to remotely troubleshoot and restore network services.
• Maintain logs of network support actions and performance data for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers to resolve incidents and enhance network reliability.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Familiarity with "rack and stack" operations and experience with remote support software such as Putty or similar tools.
• 2+ years of relevant IT or networking experience, with a solid understanding of network fundamentals.
• Secondary School qualification or a Diploma in IT.
• Preferred certifications like A+/N+ or MCSE, or equivalent qualifications.
