Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Trader based in Melbourne, VIC. The Junior Crypto Trader will be responsible for performing day-to-day trading activities, managing trading strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves executing trades, monitoring market trends, preparing trading reports, and collaborating with senior traders to optimize trading outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy and sell orders across multiple platforms with precision and discipline.

• Monitor market movements, news, and key economic indicators in real time.

• Analyse price action, technical indicators, and order flow to identify trends and opportunities.

• Assist in asset selection and portfolio positioning based on risk-reward dynamics.

• Maintain detailed trade logs, performance metrics, and reporting documentation.

• Collaborate with senior traders and analysts to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

• Continuously improve trading knowledge and stay informed on market developments.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis
• Knowledge of trading strategies and financial instruments
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Familiar with Crypto Trading plataforms
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial markets
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Not essential)
• Proficiency in trading software and platforms
• Previous experience in trading or financial markets is a plus
• Cryptocurrency trading experience is a must.
