About The Role

The company is a fast-growing software development firm dedicated to creating innovative solutions for the real estate and financial services sector. In this role, the Senior Frontend Developer will take on a leadership position, shaping technology strategy, architecting solutions from the ground up, and driving innovation across projects. The person in this role will collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, mentor team members, and help set the technical direction that supports both company growth and client success.

Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop: Design and build cutting-edge web and mobile applications using Node.js, React, and other modern technologies.
• Collaborate: Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
• Innovate: Launch projects from the ground up and contribute to the evolution of large-scale existing projects.
• Lead & Mentor: Take ownership of projects, set best practices, and support the team’s growth.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 10+ years of programming experience, ideally within software/IT consulting services.

Technical Expertise

• Proven experience with Node.js and modern service design.
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS and cross-browser development.
• Experience with data storage technologies.
• Familiarity with React (preferred) or Angular.
• Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
• Proficiency with modern development tools and environments.
  
  

Soft Skills: Excellent English communication, problem-solving, and a proactive, self-starter mindset.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM - CST

Compensation: Paid in USD
