Senior Angular Developer

📍 Argentina (priority: Buenos Aires or Córdoba) – Hybrid with weekly team-building sessions

We are seeking a Senior Angular Developer who will play a key role in building high-performance, scalable web applications. This role requires not only a strong command of Angular and modern web technologies, but also strategic thinking to guide architectural decisions, scale systems, and elevate the team’s technical standards.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate strategically to define and update technical guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in architectural design, proposing sustainable improvements and making key technical decisions.
• Take ownership of the performance, quality, and stability of critical systems—anticipating risks and ensuring high-standard deliverables.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and approaches when beneficial.
• Mentor and support teammates, resolving bottlenecks with technical leadership and clear communication.
• Develop and scale CX Portal functionality, with a focus on performance, reusability, and long-term maintainability.
• Lead the integration of Module Federation and implementation of Lazy Loading techniques.
• Guide the team in Webpack optimization and continuous UX improvements.
• Deploy and monitor applications in AWS, using CloudFront and CloudFormation.
• Manage caches, stores, and optimization strategies to ensure technical efficiency.

What we’re looking for Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Angular (3+ years if also experienced in other frameworks).
• Proficiency in Module Federation and Lazy Loading.
• Experience with Webpack for optimization and packaging.
• Strong knowledge of Node.js with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially CloudFront and CloudFormation (infrastructure as code experience is a plus).
• Experience with caching and store management for performance optimization.

Desired Skills

• Experience developing customer experience (CX) portals.
• Knowledge of other frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, proactive, and independent skills in collaborative contexts.
