Jr Product Manager - Stationary Gas Genset

Pramac, part of the world’s leading gas generator and third largest diesel generator manufacturer, is looking for a Jr Product Manager for our Gas Genset solutions in the Power division.

PRIMARY SCOPE AND GOALS

As a Junior Product Manager for Gas Genset, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, launch, and management of our stationary gas solutions. Working closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, market research, and product development activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Assist in developing and executing product strategy and roadmap for Gas Genset solutions.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Contribute insights and recommendations to help prioritize features, define product requirements, and align product development efforts with business objectives.

Assist in Product Development and Execution:

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to support product development activities from concept to launch.
• Assist in defining product features, specifications, and user experience based on market insights and customer feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to gather feedback, validate product ideas, and support go-to-market initiatives.
• Assist in communicating product updates, milestones, and roadmap plans internally and externally, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
• Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to build relationships and gather insights to inform product decisions.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Support monitoring of product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and iterative improvements.
• Contribute to post-launch analysis and retrospectives to gather learnings and insights for future product iterations and enhancements.

PERSONAL SKILLS

• Basic understanding of power generation systems, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for learning and contributing to innovative projects.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCES REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role, preferably in the energy, technology, or manufacturing industry.
