To carry forward our mission we are looking for an Algorithm Specialist to join our team.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of

• Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable algorithms focused on automation and AI to reduce time loss by up to 90%, particularly in areas like machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.
• Research new mathematical techniques and algorithmic methods to enhance AI models and create prototypes for automated systems and processes applied to business needs across departments. Identify complex problems, propose innovative algorithmic approaches to solve them, and continuously optimize algorithms to ensure efficiency, reliability, and maximum performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Software Engineering, Business Intelligence) to integrate AI-driven solutions into business processes, reducing friction and human error.
• Conduct benchmarking and validation to ensure algorithms meet business requirements and technical expectations.
• Contribute to the creation of PoC (Proof of Concept) in a one-day turnaround for rapid experimentation and iteration.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations on research findings, algorithm performance, and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the development of internal workflows, promoting an AI-driven mindset and facilitating seamless collaboration across departments to enhance productivity.
  
  

What We Wish You’d Bring With

• Master’s or PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in developing and applying advanced algorithms in AI, Data Science, or Big Data contexts.
• Strong mathematical foundation (e.g., linear algebra, probability, statistics, combinatorial optimization).
• Excellent analytical thinking, autonomy in R&D activities, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive collaboration style and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

• Postgraduate certificates or PhD in related fields.
• Previous experience in large-scale project management.
• Previous experience abroad.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
