💡 What you’ll do

• Design, build and scale backend systems in Node.js
• Develop API-first services powering global telecom integrations
• Optimise and maintain critical infrastructure (log balancers, DNS, networking fundamentals)
• Champion best practices in scalability, observability, and performance

🔧 What they’re looking for

• 5+ years of backend experience, strong preference for Node.js
• Cloud experience: AWS (big plus)
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and distributed systems
• Entrepreneurial mindset, startup experience, out-of-the-box problem solver
