Technical Support Specialist – Production Release and Delivery

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to play a key role in ensuring smooth product releases and deliveries? Join Bragg’s Production Release and Delivery Team and help us manage the end-to-end release process of a variety of products in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment.

In this role, you’ll coordinate across teams, prepare configurations, handle scheduling, and provide hands-on support to ensure seamless product delivery. If you thrive on solving problems, improving processes, and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role based in our Ljubljana office.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product releases and upgrades;
• Manage product configurations and support system updates across test and production environments;
• Prepare and track JIRA tasks, ensuring all release activities follow established procedures;
• Plan and schedule release cycles on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis;
• Execute testing and troubleshooting of products, resolving issues quickly to minimize disruption;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for Change Management and audit purposes;
• Archive records and prepare structured reports to support business needs;
• Continuously optimize internal release and configuration processes for greater efficiency;
• Provide proactive support and technical assistance to teams across the organization.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile-driven environment;
• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and structured approach;
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines;
• A proactive mindset with curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and processes;
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit;
• Confidence in transferring knowledge and supporting others effectively;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel;
• Self-driven, energetic, and hands-on, with a “can do, get it done” mindset.

• You have previous experience in IT and/or the iGaming industry;
• You have hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Logstash.
