Product Manager

ManpowerGroup Romania is supporting one of our clients in expanding their Marketing team, and we are currently looking for a Product Manager to join them.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and positioning for the assigned product assortments, and develop related marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor and maintain the existing assortment to maximize consumer satisfaction and drive sustainable business growth.
• Identify product development opportunities, with a strong focus on creating new concepts based on market insights and consumer needs analysis.
• Set strategic priorities for marketing campaigns and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective execution.
• Continuously monitor market performance (sell-in, sell-out, consumer KPIs) and collaborate with commercial teams to maximize results.
• Analyze sales data and market research to support data-driven strategic decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the International Marketing team to ensure strategic coherence and leverage synergies across markets.
• Plan and manage the assigned marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and a strong return on investment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Self-motivated and agile, with the ability to quickly adapt and pivot strategies as needed.
• Passionate, creative thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities; a true team player.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
