We’re looking for an AI Engineer who can do more than just work with AI models — someone who can turn them into real, useful tools for people. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys experimenting with new AI capabilities, building intelligent workflows, and making everyday work tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack a lot smarter.

What We’re Looking For

Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face) and Agentic AI concepts.

Solid coding skills in Python (primary) and some familiarity with JavaScript or other modern languages.

Comfort working with APIs and integrating them into tools like Zoom, Teams, Slack, or Google Workspace.

A good grasp of prompt design and how to make AI agents behave the way you want.

Experience building chatbots, virtual assistants, or workflow automation tools.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with others in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

Experience with vector databases (like Pinecone or Weaviate) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions.

Awareness of security, compliance, and privacy issues when building AI tools.

What You’ll Do

Build and fine-tune AI systems using Large Language Models and Agentic AI frameworks.

Create and manage custom personas for IT and business use cases.

Integrate AI into productivity tools and collaboration platforms through APIs and custom-built applications.

Work with product and development teams to design AI-driven solutions that make work faster, easier, and more engaging.

Experiment, test, and refine AI models to improve their accuracy and usefulness.

Keep an eye on performance and continuously improve the solutions you deploy.
