We are currently looking for Consultant / Senior Consultant with the following skills and experience;

• A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, having a Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering is a plus
• 2-6 years of experience in a management consulting firm or a leading consumer business (retail, automotive, CPG), banking, insurance, telecom, energy, industrials company.
• Structured and analytical thinking, strong problem solving and diagnosis skills
• Knowing what you want from a career in consulting with a strong motive to learn and grow in a demanding business environment
• Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely, on paper and in words
• Ability to demonstrate active participation in internal and client meetings and verbally communicate thoughts clearly
• Experience in corporate strategy, customer strategy, go to market strategy, value proposition design, customer experience, branding, marketing transformation, sales & service transformation, digital transformation, AI strategy, advanced analytics, corporate transformation, ecommerce
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken, including presentation skills
• Actively participates in key learning and development opportunities for his/her level
• Understands objectives and desired outcomes for assigned areas of responsibility and sets personal goals accordingly
• Asks insightful and provocative questions to understand the diverse views, interests and expectations of key stakeholders
