ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading Global Fintech, is seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Application Developer (iOS) to join their newly established IT Hub in Warsaw, Poland, created as part of the company’s strategic expansion.


Mobile Application Developer (iOS) – (Ref. code: 5989/MAD/ESS/POL)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, structure, and automation through best practices.
  • Stay up to date with emerging mobile technology trends, applications, and protocols.
  • Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes for efficient release cycles.
  • Manage seamless app deployment and updates on the Apple App Store.


Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience in iOS development with Objective-C and/or Swift.
  • Solid knowledge of iOS frameworks (e.g., Core Data, Core Animation, etc.).
  • Experience integrating mobile applications with server-side systems via RESTful APIs.
  • Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript will be considered an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the iOS release cycle and CI/CD practices.
  • Familiarity with the full mobile product and design lifecycle.
  • Strong debugging, testing, and version control experience (Git or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous involvement in Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Industry experience within financial markets or trading platforms will be considered a plus.
