As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team and drive impactful storytelling across all channels.

Position Overview

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping Darkex’s voice, creating engaging narratives, and building trust with both institutional and retail audiences. You will be responsible for producing high-quality content that aligns with our brand strategy, strengthens our market presence, and supports user acquisition and retention efforts.

This position requires strong expertise in content marketing, SEO, storytelling, and cross-channel strategy, as well as a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize performance.

💡 Location Note: This is a full-time, on-site position. Relocation to Tirana, Albania is required.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
• Create compelling blog posts, articles, newsletters, reports, and social media content tailored for fintech and crypto audiences.
• Craft content that drives engagement, educates users, and positions Darkex as an industry thought leader.

SEO & Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to maximize content reach.
• Monitor content performance and continuously optimize for higher visibility and conversions.

Research & Storytelling

• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and community insights.
• Translate complex blockchain/crypto topics into accessible, engaging stories for diverse audiences.

Cross-channel Marketing

• Coordinate campaigns across web, social media, email, and external platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, video creators, and the PR team to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Collaboration

• Work closely with product, business development, and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and impact in all content.
• Support marketing campaigns with tailored content assets.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical & Marketing Skills

• Strong expertise in content marketing, SEO, and storytelling.
• Proficiency with content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience in cross-channel campaign strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong research and writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

Experience

• 2–4 years of professional experience in content marketing or digital marketing (experience in fintech/crypto is a strong plus).
• Proven track record of growing brand visibility and engagement through content.

Soft Skills

• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
