Junior Talent Specialist (Web3/AI)

We’re now looking for a driven Junior Recruiter to join our team and help source top-tier talent for cutting-edge startups and established leaders in the space.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging, accurate, and tailored job descriptions for client roles.
• Post vacancies across multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and niche Web3 communities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative recruitment methods.
• Screen applicants to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to senior recruiters and hiring managers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date with trends in blockchain, Web3, and AI to better identify and attract top talent.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related role - must have Web3/AI.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for technology, blockchain, and the evolving Web3 ecosystem.
• At least 1 years experience working in a corporate recruiting team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of social media sourcing strategies and community engagement.
