We are looking for a Retail Operations & Reporting Specialist who will play a key role in driving automation, reporting excellence, and data integration across our MEA business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical reporting skills with a commercial mindset to support retail, merchandising, and cross-functional teams with reliable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations & Reporting Automation
- Automate and consolidate traffic and store performance data to ensure consistency and availability across teams.
- Develop and maintain Power BI and Excel reports for the Retail team to share with stores, reducing manual effort and increasing reliability.
- Provide ongoing reporting support to ensure frontline teams receive relevant and timely business insights.
Commercial & Planning Support
- Own and automate the Weekly Regional Report, reducing manual work for the Merchandising Teams.
- Build and update forecasting baselines to support HQ requests for Rolling Forecast and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Cross-functional Reporting Enablement
- Collaborate with the Head of Merch, Retail Ops, and Marketing to design and visualize performance insights in Power BI tailored to business priorities.
- Partner with the Business Control Team to coordinate weekly with the CDP team and identify/follow up on data integration gaps between Nebim and the Common Data Platform.
- Integrate and visualize key data sources such as loyalty program analytics and e-commerce performance, enabling holistic views of customer engagement and sales trends.
MEA Data Warehouse Development
- Lead the creation of the MEA Analytics Cube by querying data from the ECCO Common Database (D365 Markets) using SQL, structuring it for scalable reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in Power BI, Excel, and SQL with proven ability to automate and scale reporting solutions.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, performance analytics, and forecasting.
- Experience working with data warehouses, ERP systems, and data integration projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across retail, merchandising, marketing, and finance teams.
