About the Role:
We’re looking for a Manager, Change & Transformation – Operations to drive people-first change across our back-office operations. This role focuses on influence, communication, and leadership coaching - helping teams navigate transformation with confidence and clarity.
You’ll work directly with Operations leaders, turning change strategies into action, embedding frameworks, and building engagement that lasts.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to implement structured change management across transformation initiatives.
- Coach leaders, strengthen their change capability, and build trust across teams.
- Support workforce planning and align talent strategies with future-state models.
- Turn engagement insights into strategies that improve employee experience.
- Develop compelling communications and storytelling to connect people to purpose.
- Build a network of change agents to champion and sustain transformation.
- Minimize disruption by driving adoption, clear plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead people-focused initiatives—town halls, recognition programs, milestones.What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Experience
- 5–7 years in Change Management (insurance/financial services preferred).
- Proven success leading or being a key driver in transformation initiatives.
- Strong project/change leadership skills with hands-on execution.
- Confident presence with senior stakeholders; excellent written/verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
- Relationship-builder with influence skills across levels and functions.
Nice-to-Haves
- Change Management designation (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
