What You'll Learn & Do

• DevOps Fundamentals: Master cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation
• Hybrid Infrastructure: Manage both cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including physical servers in our Singapore office
• IT Asset Management: Oversee company hardware inventory including servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for our healthcare professionals
• Hands-On Projects: Work on real healthcare infrastructure challenges from day one with guidance from senior engineers
• AI/ML Operations: Learn to deploy and manage AI models in production environments
• Device Management: Implement MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions for our fleet of tablets and phones used by therapists
• Modern Tool Stack: Get certified in industry-leading tools like Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and monitoring solutions
• Security Practices: Understand healthcare compliance requirements and security best practices for both digital and physical assets
• Agile Collaboration: Work alongside developers, AI engineers, and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced startup environment

Our 12-Month Graduate Program

• Delivering outcomes from day 1, while undergoing training and mentorship
• Months 1-3: On the job training on DevOps fundamentals, cloud platforms, physical server management, and IT asset lifecycle
• Months 4-6: Shadowing other engineers, handling supervised deployments, managing hardware procurement and setup
• Months 7-9: Leading infrastructure improvements, automation initiatives, and optimizing our hybrid cloud/on-premise setup
• Months 10-12: Managing production systems, overseeing physical asset refresh cycles, and preparing for full DevOps Engineer role

Physical Infrastructure Responsibilities

• Server Room Management: Monitor and maintain on-premise servers, including hardware health checks and capacity planning
• Endpoint Support: Configure and deploy laptops/desktops for new team members with automated provisioning
• Mobile Devices Management: Maintain inventory and deployment of iOS/Android devices
• Asset Tracking: Implement and maintain asset management systems for hardware lifecycle tracking
• Vendor Coordination: Work with hardware vendors for procurement, warranties, and support

About You

• Recent Graduate: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (graduated within last 12 months)
• Tech Enthusiast: Strong foundation in programming (any language) and genuine interest in infrastructure/operations
• Hands-On Attitude: Comfortable working with both software and hardware - from SSH terminals to server racks
• Quick Learner: Eager to absorb new technologies and best practices rapidly
• Problem Solver: Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Bonus Points: Personal projects, internship experience, hackathon participation, or cloud/DevOps certifications
