As an AI Engineer with the AI & Data Strategy Product Department, you will be responsible for working on-site with development teams to build and maintain AI-driven software solutions, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with project requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your programming skills and knowledge of AI/ML to create innovative products while collaborating closely with a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven features and applications, with a primary focus on chatbot development and conversational AI, that meet business and user needs.
• Write clean, efficient code in Python to build and integrate machine learning models. Leverage frameworks and libraries for working with large language models and natural language processing pipelines.
• Utilize cloud services to train, deploy, and manage machine learning models, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and reliable.
• Test, debug, and fine-tune AI models and chatbot systems. Monitor performance and accuracy and iterate on solutions to improve response quality and system efficiency.
• Work closely with senior AI engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Assist in integrating AI capabilities into existing products, providing technical support to team members during development.
• Contribute to creating and maintaining technical documentation, including software design documents and user guides for AI components. Ensure that knowledge is shared and technical clarity is maintained across the team.

Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience or relevant certifications in AI/ML will also be considered.
• Understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts. Exposure to building or training models for natural language processing or similar AI applications
• Experience or projects involving chatbot development or conversational AI systems. Understanding of how dialog systems and language models work, and ability to implement simple conversational flows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Comfortable collaborating in a cross-functional, multicultural team and capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues when needed.
