Job Description
Keppel is a global asset manager and operator headquartered in Singapore. The Keppel Associate Programme is a 2-year programme comprising potential job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will build critical business and operation skills, gain commercial exposure and acquire a professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel. This role sits within the Human Resources Centralised Function. Through job rotations and cross-disciplinary assignments, you will be given exposure to at least 2 HR functions supporting across Keppel’s businesses globally. These may include:

Job Requirements
- A good degree in Business, Human Resources, Arts, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to connect and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Passionate about organisation and people development.
- Alignment with Keppel’s core values.
