IT Infrastructure & Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our client in the financial services firm and play a key role in managing IT infrastructure, projects, and risk for a leading financial institution. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our regional offices in Hong Kong, Japan, and across APAC, driving technology initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT infrastructure and system projects across the region.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver multi-entity projects successfully.
• Oversee IT risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance with MAS regulations.
• Provide technical support for office systems, data center operations, and business applications.
• Manage IT outsourcing vendors, procurement, and asset management.
• Support IT audits, documentation, and ongoing operations.
• Participate in hardware testing and regional IT collaborations with Tokyo HQ.
• Be on standby for critical system support during weekends or Singapore public holidays when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Information Technology (or related field).
• At least 8 years of IT experience in the financial sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, particularly in Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience in project and vendor management.
• Familiarity with IT governance, cybersecurity, and MAS regulations (highly advantageous).
• Basic knowledge of networks, firewalls, and server administration preferred
