C/ C++ Developer

We are seeking a skilled C++ Developer with a strong background in payments processing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C/C++, UNIX/Linux, and Oracle SQL, along with hands-on experience in PCI/PCS compliance standards. Familiarity with Java or Python, and experience using Git and Bitbucket is essential. This role requires a solid understanding of secure and scalable transaction systems, with a focus on performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for payment processing systems
• Work on UNIX/Linux platforms to build and deploy secure software components
• Optimize database interactions using Oracle and SQL
• Ensure compliance with PCI/PCS standards for payment security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and product teams
• Use Git and Bitbucket for version control and collaboration
• Assist in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and resolving production issues
• Maintain documentation and adhere to coding standards and best practices
• Leverage knowledge of Java or Python for supporting tools or integration components

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience with C/C++ development
• Strong experience with UNIX/Linux environments
• Proficient in Oracle and SQL
• In-depth understanding of payment processing systems
• Working knowledge of PCI/PCS compliance standards
• Hands-on experience with Git and Bitbucket
• Familiarity with Java or Python scripting/programming
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume transaction systems
• Exposure to containerization tools (e.g., Docker) or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
