About The Role

Clari is looking for a Product Designer with a passion for solving complex problems based on a deep understanding of business user needs. You'll have an important role in transforming revenue processes into meaningful product experiences. You'll be a key voice within a multi-disciplinary, globally distributed product team collaborating closely to deliver our product capabilities that meet the needs of our ever-expanding customer base. We seek a driven, action-oriented designer who values collaboration and wants to create products that business people love.

This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Bengaluru, India office as needed. Candidates must be based in India.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and solve complex user problems, distilling user needs into simple, elegant, and impactful user experiences for each target persona
• Understand our roadmap commitments, plan and deliver value to our customers via incremental and major enhancements
• Creatively apply design principles and the craft of consumer apps to business applications
• Be comfortable in seeking and acting on feedback during the iterative design process
• Effectively communicate design concepts and articulate rationales, trade-offs that impact usability
• Drive design reviews and collaboration with designers, product managers, and engineers on product design and implementation
• Plan and conduct user research with clear objectives and leverage interviews, feedback sessions and usage data to inform design decisions
• Understand the design system components and standards, and apply them appropriately in feature designs
• Practice and apply user-centered design principles and methodologies
  
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a professional UX/UI Designer
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, device types, and contexts such as iOS, Android, and web
• Experience with or a strong understanding of SaaS and B2B products
• Proficient in Figma and other wireframing and prototyping software in order to effectively illustrate user flows and interface behaviors
