Application Manager

Are you ready to take the lead in managing and optimizing critical enterprise systems? We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Application Manager to own and evolve the performance of our business‑software stack - including NetSuite, HubSpot, Tabella, Bezala, and more.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll combine technical know‑how with operational insight to ensure our systems run seamlessly and scale with the needs of the business. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, solving real problems, implementing improvements, and making a direct impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support NetSuite, HubSpot, and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement timely resolutions to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and drive enhancements.
• Customize and configure systems using basic scripting.
• Maintain user roles, permissions, and overall system integrity.
• Monitor and optimize workflows and integrations between applications.
• Support and train internal users on system best practices.
• Serve as the go-to expert for NetSuite.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on administration experience with NetSuite and enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., SuiteScript, JavaScript).
• Understanding of business processes and how systems support them.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work across teams, manage priorities, and drive improvements.
