Operating in 23 countries, our primary regions include Turkey, Spain, Germany, Greece, Central Europe, and the DACH region. We also have team members located in 5 different countries, creating a diverse and dynamic global environment.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive the development and execution of impactful product strategies.

This is a Remote position. Headquartered in Berlin, we are hiring across Germany, Turkey, Spain, Romania and North Macedonia.

Job Description

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our software products
• Conduct market research and identify customer needs to drive the product roadmap, balancing these needs with business objectives, and technical feasibility
• Gather feedback from customers, support teams, and internal stakeholders to define requirements
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with company goals
• Create and maintain product backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to discover and develop solutions
• Work with engineering teams in agile sprints to deliver and iterate on features
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of products/features
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally in start-ups or scale-ups
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics from an accredited institution will be considered as an advantage
• Preference will be given to candidates with a strong technical background.
• Strong analytical mindset basing product decisions on data and customer needs
• Proven ability to lead initiatives independently and autonomously, demonstrating ownership and accountability with minimal oversight
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and break down complex problems into actionable tasks
• Hands-on experience in agile environments, with a strong understanding of methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions and influence stakeholders across all levels
