Project Coordinator / PMO (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / PMO to support a large-scale Security project as well as several smaller initiatives within the SAP environment.

While specific SAP Security knowledge is not required, a solid understanding of SAP systems and how they function is essential.

Location: remote (EU)

Start Date: 1st of October / full-time

Duration: initially till end of the year with high chance for extension

Language: English

Key Responsibilities:

Client looking for an interim Security Project manager to replace a team member that will be leave for longer period. The Person needs to have good interpersonal skills and good working knowledge of SAP in order to be able to understand the deliverables of the project teams. The Project manager is required to manage the day to day resource management of the SAP Security team and report to the global security lead.

Skills and qualifications:

Good knowledge and understanding of at least 1 SAP functional Module

Knowledge of SAP S/4, added value knowledge older versions of SAP.

Very good working knowledge of all MS office products, Powerpoint, word, xls,…

Being a good Communicator, planner and organizer

The ability to understand and pick up topics in a high paced environment

Project Coordination & Communication

Coordinate multiple SAP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals.

Act as single point of contact for the Security related aspects in project mode

Collaborate with individual project managers assigned to each initiative.

Proactively communicate with project team members to ensure smooth execution.

Manage project timelines and make sure the needed escalations are performed when required.

Conduct regular project status reviews and report to stakeholders.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
