.NET Full-stack Developer for an In-house Application

About the role

We are a full-stack development team working on a critical in-house application responsible for complex monthly calculations that support core business operations. Our team handles everything from back-end logic and database management to front-end interfaces and cloud infrastructure.

As part of our journey toward full cloud adoption, we are actively migrating our systems to Azure—currently, our database is already cloud-based, and the rest is in progress. We primarily work with .NET and SQL, and experience or interest in test automation is a key asset for this role.

We’re looking for a mid/senior developer who is not only technically strong but also passionate about building robust, testable, and scalable solutions. You’ll be joining a collaborative and cross-functional team based in Riga, working closely with colleagues in Stockholm on a project that has high visibility and impact across the organization.

What are you going to do?

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure products within team scope
• Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, working closely with the development team and stakeholders
• Participate in scrum ceremonies like daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives and provide feedback for improving daily life routines
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions striving for the best result

What do we expect from you?

Must have

• 3+ years of professional experience with .NET and T-SQL.
• Experience with API frameworks
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps - Platform for collaborating during development of software (planning tools, source code management, pipelines etc.)
• Experience with front-end technologies (Blazor)
• Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English and Latvian to communicate with clients and colleagues from Latvia and other countries

Nice to have / We can also help you to develop

• Relevant education at the bachelor's level or higher
• Knowledge of cloud applications (Azure).
• Infrastructure as code, Azure ARM templates (Biceps)
• Having previous experience in finance/insurance
