Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: Belgrade, Serbia / Bucharest, Romania / Riga, Latvia

Key Responsibilities:

• Tailor the visual design and user experience to reflect the company’s brand and identity.
• Select and provide a range of high-demand products or services that cater specifically to target audience needs.
• Modify content and offerings to match the preferences of different regions or demographic groups for enhanced engagement.
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet quality criteria.
• Collaborate with various departments to harmonize objectives, establish timelines, and clarify roles.
• Oversee the installation and implementation of systems or infrastructure projects to guarantee effective integration.
• Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, handling communications, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
• Monitor project status, anticipate risks, and apply effective mitigation measures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies while fostering ongoing improvement through feedback and knowledge sharing.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent English speaker (C1 or above) with excellent written and verbal skills.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years at a senior level.
• Proven expertise collaborating across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and Software Development, with a deep understanding of delivery lifecycles
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-departmental projects involving multiple stakeholders and simultaneous initiatives.
• Experience in product delivery within Technology, Media, Entertainment, or IT industries, managing complex or innovative project portfolios.
• A degree in Project Management or a related discipline is preferred.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Highly organized, with strong skills in time management and task prioritization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
• Flexible, solution-focused, proactive, and resilient when facing challenges.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
