Are you a passionate Scrum Master with experience in Agile Project Management? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team! We are looking for a Scrum Master to work within the SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) and oversee two key software products.

👉Responsabilities:

• Act as Scrum Master for a development team.
• Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, such as planning, review and retrospective meetings.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement within the team.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure value delivery through efficient project planning and execution.
• Help the team to identify and remove obstacles to achieve a smooth workflow.
• Keep up to date on agile best practices and look for opportunities to improve development processes and practices.

👉Basic Skills And Knowledge:

• Experience as Scrum Master in agile environments.
• Solid knowledge of SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (and German, if applicable) to collaborate in multinational teams.
• Ability to promote autonomy and self-regulation within the team.
• Passion for continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Adaptability and ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

👉Conditions:

• Languages: English C1.
• Location: FULLREMOTE.
• Schedule: Flexible. Friday intensive.
