Transactions & Compliance Coordinator

We’re helping a modern financial services company strengthen its operational and compliance backbone. This role combines payment execution, transaction monitoring, and document-level checks — ideal for someone early in their financial operations career who’s ready to work with precision and accountability.

You’ll be the link between banks, internal systems, and compliance processes — making sure daily payments go out smoothly and records stay clean. Some exposure to crypto or digital assets is welcome, but not required. The team is international, with English as the main working language.

• Monitor daily payment flows to catch delays, errors, or irregularities
• Execute and reconcile SEPA and SWIFT payments (incoming and outgoing)
• Match transactions against internal ledgers and records
• Coordinate with banks and internal teams to resolve payment issues
• Review payment documentation (invoices, contracts) and KYC/AML files
• Support onboarding checks: ID, proof of address, corporate docs
• Assist with maintaining bank and system integrations
• Track and escalate technical/payment bugs via internal tools
• Join process testing and system improvement initiatives
  

• Interest or experience in crypto transactions and blockchain monitoring
• Familiarity with KYT tools
  

• 1–3 years in payments, compliance, banking, or operations
• Basic understanding of SWIFT/SEPA and reconciliation flows
• Familiarity with KYC/AML documentation and workflows
• Sharp attention to detail and love for structured processes
• Problem-solving mindset and clear communicator
• Fluent in English
• Interest in crypto or digital finance is a bonus
